New Windows 11 PC - sites say I am using adblocker- I didn't install one?

As noted above, I just built an all new pc with Windows 11. Sites that I have never had issues with before are suddenly stopping me and saying that I am using an ad-blocker, and ask me to go to the ad blocker and clear their sites.​

I use a number these sites to keep mentally sharp as I get older. I understand they use ads as their only means of funding available to them. I'm fine with that.

This is continuing to make me crazy constantly seeing these messages appear. I never installed an adblocker, and cannot find one on the conmputer. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am using Webroot but it is the same exact version as exists on my previous pc where this never took place. The problem occurs on both Edge, and Chrome.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Not using PiHole by any chance? Or some other ad blocking DNS?
