Question New windows licence for upgrade?

Am planing an upgrade to my PC with the main change being Motherboard, CPU and memory. My current windows 10 pro is a free upgrade from windows 8.1.

Will my upgrade require a new licence? A cost I can do without!

If you have a MS logon, your license will carry over once you sign on to the new build. Basically the account you setup with MS (your email), is your license. As long as it is activated on one computer at a time, you will have no issues when changing parts, or setting up a fully new computer.
