New x4 860k with new mb or used i5 2400 with used mb?

Hi,what is better solution for me?
I recently bought brand new x4 860k cpu with new motherboard.And everything works just fine.But I just saw that I can sell that components and buy used intel motherboard with also used Intel i5 2400 cpu for extra 40 euros. Should I do that,or stick with my new mb and cpu?Is it worth it?
P.S. Sorry if my english is bad.

I think It's best if you stick with what you already have. X4 860K isn't the best CPU in the world, but not everyone needs to have the best CPU in the world. If you are happy with the performance, don't risk it.
