Hey, just saw a retailer near me is advertising an XFX 680i mobo.

XFX nForce 680i-LT LGA775 1333MHz Nvidia SLI Motherboard

Manufacturer Link: http://www.xfxforce.com/web/product/listConfigurationDetails.jspa?series=NVIDIA+nForce+680i&productConfigurationId=998938

Is well priced at only AUD$365, much less than all the other 680i boards available at the moment. Anyone heard anything about them at all?

Cheers

Well im not sure i haven't heard anything of that board. I was surprised xfx is in the mobo market now.. id be skeptical a little i didn't even know they do mobos now.

Yeah I didn't know they did motherboards either...will be interesting to see what it is like. It looks kinda plain in this pic...certainly no silent pipe cooling

Well if your going to take the risk get it from a good e-store like newegg so you can return it for 15% restocking atleast.

Umm...Western Australia has Newegg?

@ OP
I think if you want to have SLI, 650i might do as well, if not, then a P965 is an excellent choice. But perhaps you want something that only 680i have :?:
