New XPS 13 (Oct 15) support vt-x, vt-d?

I saw a comment online somewhere (can't remember where) indicating that these features were disabled by the Dell BIOS for these new XPS machines with i5-6200U and i7-6500U CPUs, even though the CPUs have the feature. Can anyone confirm if that is true or not? I would like to know before I order half a dozen of them for my department.

Evidently it is true, but there are Workarounds (LINK) for VT-x.

I couldn't find any recent info for VT-d.
