The NSTC is getting a flagship facility in Albany, New York that's dedicated to EUV research and development.

Glad the US is looking for home-based semi manufacturing supply chain (or at least NA based). It would be good for Intel (if they can hang in there) and for GF and TSMC. Maybe TSMC would be more inclined to build more Fabs here if the materials were closer at hand.
