New Zealand bio security charges when using NewEgg

So if i buy this card

and ship it to NZ, it says it will cost 30$
Will i pay a bio fee?
is it included in the 30$?
Does it even go through bio?

dont buy off newegg, use trademe buy local from nz companies from nz suppliers as u end up paying fees & odd import taxes where you support local you wont end up paying those hidden costs

it is 100$ cheaper, because it is cheap enough so no tax will be applied
