I began my build on 04/29/2010, and I installed a Corsair Hydro CWCH50. The 120mm fan was and it was DOA, so I bought a replacement 120mm locally and it works fine. I contacted them thinking they would send me a fan but I finally got this response yesterday: "We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace just the fan as we do not manufacture this by itself. You will have to return the h50 unit and get a replacement. ..."

They want me to half dismantle my new build for a fan? Arg, I'm angry. Sorry, just had to vent.

Yea that sucks it probably isn't worth doing an RMA since the shipping cost and the time it will take to get a new one just isn't worth it.

Drop it to the trash, buy a NH-D14, Thermalright Venomous X or Hyper 212+ i'm pretty sure that u can get the same or better cooling that with the H50.
