When I decided to build, I considered the “$500.00” budget build. The component investigation process quickly altered that perception. The new goal was between $600.00 & $700.00 for the “box”. I’m not a gamer but quickly learned the gamer box was best suited for Acad. A hint for other newbie builders, wait until Christmas shopping season, if you can. That schedule allowed my final build - below. It’s obvious I went over budget, but the result exceeded expectations.
I wish to thank everyone at Tom’s Hardware for the invaluable knowledge on this site.

Thanks for your comment.

I was originally looking at PNY Quadro K420 VCQK420-2GB-PB 2GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Low Profile Workstation Video Card. This was the lowest acceptable true cad dedicated type card. I chose the GTX 750 Ti because it had [2] fans. I guess i'm heat paranoid, from all the internet attention placed on it. For the cad regeneration of 3D models in "realistic" mode it appears to be quite adequate.
