[SOLVED] Newbie confused on if SSD is really slow?

Hey guys,

I just downloaded storage executive for my Crucial P1 SSD. I wanted to make sure I had the latest firmware. When I open it, I see this

Why does it say 7.5 gb of ram and is 11gb of virtual memory bad? I am a newbie.

Also when I was downloading a game, I was getting 400 MB write speeds and 70 read speeds, are those bad. It was fortnite using epic games launcher

My computer has 16gb of 3600mhz cl16 ram using a 3700x and 2070 super and b450 tomahawk max. 1tb hdd, 500gb crucial p1 ssd.

Downloading data from the internet has almost nothing to do with your drive speed.

Install and run CrystalDiskMark, and post a screencap of your it shows.

Being the C drive doesn't help. The OS is also doing things while you are running that benchmark.

That is just showing, at that moment, you were using a little less than 1/2 of your 16GB RAM, and a little more than 1/2 of the virtual memory was allocated.
Absolutely nothing to worry about.
