I've been running around online for a little while...and people have told me to go to a forum and ask my question:
Is this list of parts make up for a decent streaming gaming rig?

Okay, what is your budget? Unless I did the math wrong, you're spending a whole lot of money for not a whole lot of computer, and I'm assuming you're in America.

Well, I don't have a budget, but what I'm looking for is a rig that will let me play and stream at at least 100fps.
