Newbie looking to make first gaming rig (Read description)

Hello, when I was about 16 years old I ventured off from console gaming and bought an alien-ware x51 i5 as I was ignorant. 3 years later this computer is burning out. I mainly use this computer for World Of Warcraft competitive PvP and streaming at 3000mb/s. Currently on the Alienware x51 I can run on good settings and get a solid 80fps. Now to get to the question, I have about a 600-700 dollar price range and I am looking to build a computer that can run games on high/ultra settings smoothly. Please help, as I am a blind baby when it comes to PC building. Thank you.

I would re-use CPU and RAM, maybe even HDD or Motherboard.

Try to open the case and see what motherboard do you have, and in what form factor (try to measure it, like, kind of maybe?)
And try to check what psu do you got there

BTW, try to send a picture of your case / computer inside.

Probably, you will only few parts, but we need more information to help you.

Well, thats a bit confusing
Im not sure if you will need a new motherboard or not, since everything is currently put together and i cant see it straight,
But lets just find about what you will need for now:

New GPU
New case
New motherboard (it should be better)
New psu
