newbie needs help!!!

i have a motherboard which has bus speeds adjustable at 60 and 66...wat i wanna know is whether it is possible to push it up higher to like 75 or higher?? i've tried all other settings for the multiplier jumpers and all i could get was 233 (66 x 3.5)... please help...

Unfortunately you probably will have to stick to those frequency settings. I guess it's an LX chipset, or? There is a slight chance that you could raise your FSB with a software called SoftFSB. Try this link:

But to use it, you need to know your exact motherboard description, or the Winbond chip (the chip which gives the clock to the rest of the motherboard). If the chip can't give higher clocks you wan't be able to overclock.
