Newegg.ca taxes and gift discount?

Sorry that this is almost certainly the wrong place the post this. I am getting ready to order my build, trying to find the cheapest way, and I'm a bit confused with newegg.ca This is what shows up before I have to put my credit card info:

When do the GST and handling charges get shown? Also, what the hell is gift #1 ?
