Newegg Christmas Sale?

Will newegg be doing a christmas sale for things such as the gtx 970 or 980, I've been looking into one, and it's really hard to afford one in times like these right now. If not anyone know where I could find a gtx 970 under $300?

There will not be a good sale on the GTX 970 until Q1 of next year when new products get released or production finally catches up with demand. They are getting bought out everywhere so there is no incentive to put them on sale.

GTX 970 is nice but I doubt even on a christmas sale it will drop under 300.

I have the same 290 and I think that I can safely say that it wont disappoint.
