Newegg Combo Compatibility issue?

Hello Ladies and Gentleman,

So I ordered a combo from Newegg which included a Motherboard, Cpu, and Ram. My question is 1 of 2 things. Will Newegg trade the ram I have now for ram that is on the Qualified Vendor List for my motherboard seeing how the ram that was in the combo is not on the QVL? Second question is will the ram I purchased work on my motherboard even though it is not on the QVL? More or less does anyone happen to have this setup and does it work?

Items I have purchased in a combo from Newegg:
Motherboard- MSI X370 GAMING PLUS
CPU- AMD RYZEN 5 1600 6-Core 3.2 GHz
Ram- G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB SDRAM DDR4 3200 Model F4-3200C16D-16GTZR

Unless the combo specified the RAM is on the QVL, Newegg probably won't replace it.

I appreciate the quick and short timed reply!!! Hopefully i can get it close to what the guy got in the other Forum. However if not i hope newegg will help me out with getting a replacement even for lower rated speed ram ill take the bite in the price difference just figured a combo would have compatible ram.

They will definitely work at 2666 MHz or higher, but probably not at 3200 MHz.

well it worked. haven't tried overclocking it yet to achieve higher clock speeds. i can even control the rgb and i'm super stoaked about that.
