Newegg does not accept international credit card

I'm a vietnamese student living in America and I'm currently hanging around back in my home country.
The bank that issued my credit card is BIDV which is a branch under VISA and yet, newegg did not accept it and I don't know why.
If anyone can help me, that'd be great!

You really need to address this issue with Newegg.

As an alternative, I guess you could purchase a pre-paid VISA card and use that to place an order.

Yeah, I guess it is more reasonable to discuss it with the company itself first, thanks for your help, though

You are welcome. A US-based pre-paid card would work, I would think. However, the fees to use them needs to be considered as well. Good luck.
