Newegg international or amazon global

i am planning on buying a Gtx 1070 for amazon.com or newegg.com to india
this is way cheaper compared to the stores near where i live which a 5-7k higher than the price + vat,gst,duty

i just want to know that is it safe to buy from these sites and if there is a good return policy if i found the cards DOA

Both sites are reputable. When using Amazon, I'd suggest limiting your purchases to "fulfilled by Amazon" or "Sold by Amazon" where possible, for easier returns/customer service - not a necessity as their service is pretty solid regardless, but a little extra 'peace of mind'.
