Newegg international Visa card

I was wondering, can i use my non-Usa Visa card to buy stuff from newegg to a US address?

No. They have a "safety" feature in their billing process that forces you to have the same shipping address as what's on your card (or at least in the same country). You can contact their sales dept. (number on website) to verify if they have a method of resolution to this issue (they may have a verification process or some other workaround)
