Newegg log-in issue?

Every time I try to log into Newegg I get redirected to the main page of Newegg.

I've changed my password twice, cleared cookies, disabled my Norton software, used a different internet browser, etc.

Yet I'm still getting redirected to the main page of Newegg no matter what I do. Matter of fact, if I try and log-in from a different page of Newegg, it redirects me back to that same page.

I've contacted the support team through the live-chat function and they told me that there was nothing wrong on their end.

The only thing that I haven't tried is logging in through a different computer. Which I will test out momentarily . . . I'll post the results after I've tried it.

Until then, I would love to hear any and all solutions, no matter how crazy; I have a computer to buy and build in a week and I would rather not have to make a new account when I have everything all planned out and set aside.

Just so I know I'm understanding you, you're saying, for example, you're viewing an item while logged out, you click Log In towards the top right, and after logging in you're redirected back to the main page rather than back to the item you were viewing?

No. I wasn't even able to log-in.

The problem is . . . strangely fixed now. But I was trying to log-in but it would just direct me to the main page without logging in.

I have had this issue since I installed Windows 7 on my computer. I tried IE, Chrome and Fire Fox. I am unable to log in under any of these. I have verified Java is scripting. I have made sure that both www.newegg.com and secure.newegg.com are on my accepted cookie list as well as listed on my "Trusted sites" list. I have cleared cookies and my cache. I control my cookies manually, preferring to accept each cookie individually. Are there other cookies on newegg that need to be accepted? Does anyone have an inclusive list of all the cookies that newegg requires? Could there be something with Windows 7 firewall that could be blocking newegg exclusively? I have been using my wife's computer to make purchases but her hard drive crashed and I am trying to order a new one for her computer. I am still running XP on her machine. Any help would be great.
