You should have received several emails, 1st is the order confirmation, 2nd is the payment charged, 3rd would be an invoice when the item(s) shipped along with tracking information. If you haven't received these emails, you should call or do a live chat with Newegg. If you have tracking information but no tracking information is displayed, again, call or live chat with them.
If you haven't received the 3rd email but have the other 2...your items have not shipped yet and still being processed. have to understand that they are more than likely being flooded with rush shipping orders this week. Those that pay for "rush processing" or are part of their "premier" membership, will get priority.
