Ordered 4 computer parts from newegg.com. The box arrived later that week. I only received 1 of 4 parts . I called newegg customer support and was told 3-5 days my parts would come in. Waited 7 days and called customer support again, this time was told that claims was processing my claim and to wait for a response. Now it has been 2 weeks and still have not heard anything from newegg. Does anyone know what I can do?
