Here is my story. I decided to rma an evga 7900gt. My rma type refund / unsatisfied. Before actually getting an rma I checked their faq page so I knew I was getting hit with a 15% restock fee and being that I paid by check I knew my refund would be by check. I mailed off the return 6/2/06 and recieved my check today 6/23/06. Here are the emails with NewEgg support in between.

RMA# 20733003 was successfully delivered to our warehouse on 6/5/2006. This is simply a confirmation of delivery email; an additional notification indicating all of the contents we have received will be sent to your email address once we open the RMA'd package.

I waited till 6/15/06 before emailing support with

It's just another of those where's my money emails. I received an confirmation email for my RMA 20733003 on Tuesday June 6. My math goes 2-3 business days processing= Friday June 9. I'm assuming process time = check in the mail. Is that a wrong assumption? If it's not then it's had the weekend to travel and three business days to be delivered= should have been here by now.. Since your RMA 3step process doesn't include a your check is in the mail for refunds step I'm left not in the know. Bottom line, can you tell me when and or if the check was mailed?

Another days mail delivery has gone by and still no check. I checked your FAQ page but could not find the answer to this question. How long before you will trace your check or the method you used to send it? It is now 8 business days since the date you say you issued the check.
