Ok so I just bought a couple of new parts just setup my new PC basically and then when I go to connect to the internet my ethernet port isn't working I installed the drivers 2-3 times and it was saying that it couldn't find my Ethernet port... So I guessing the port was defected and I started to return it and exchange it. So I was wondering whenevrr I send it back how long should it take to get my new mobo?

Depends on the mobo. Some ahve to be sent overseas to get tested and/or repaired. If in the US - say 3 weeks. If overseas say 8 weeks.

I figured they would send a new one once they got mine back ? Because it is a replacement policy not repair policy

They might. But not till the board is tested.
