Newegg RMA's before i get an order

I ordered a 120 GB samsung SSD off newegg the other day along with a portable HDD, and today i recived an email saying RMA issued. I was very confused when i saw this email, then it got even more confusing when around 30 mins later i recive another email saying RMA recived. Once again 20 mins later i got another email saying RMA posted. Also my shipping tracking shows that the tracking number was generated, but fedex never recived the item. Now has anyone ever had anything simillar happen to them? i emailed newegg support and am waiting for a reply. I have been ordering off newegg for over 3 years a never seen this before.
