Newegg shipping delay

This might be silly but I want to buy an on sell processor on newegg but I am out of town. ... Can I delay the newegg shipping so I can buy it now and send it to my place when I am there?

Not that I'm aware of, but if you purchase it now and get the shipping tracking number, you can contact the shipper and have them hold it for you.

Due to our order processing times (1-2 business day) we are unable to hold a package. Different carriers now offer different ways to manage shipped packages (like UPS My Choice); you may look into this as an option.
