Question Newegg shipping help

So basically if I go on newegg from Latvia the shipping is 150 euros, but when I go to USA newegg the shipping says is free to Latvia. What do I do risk it or not?

If I say I`m from US in the website and in shipping I select free shipping I select Latvia it still says free, but when I go to Latvia in the website shipping total is 120 euros so idk
