Newegg Shipping Quality

Im going to be building a gaming PC but I dont want to buy the parts at some store near me because it will be overpriced. I want to get the parts from newegg because they're prices are good but I dont know how good their shipping is and how if they ship to the Philippines.

A couple of thoughts:

1) Contact newegg. Ask them directly about the shipping and associated costs - preferably via a "chat" that you can print out to document your questions and their answers.

2) A local store may be overpriced but you may be able to negotiate a bit. They need satisfied customers and if you are a regular customer known to them that may help. Otherwise just explain your dilema regarding the pricing. The local shop may be able to match newegg's pricing.

Thanks for the help! Im going to go to stores this weekend with my dad to try find and negotiate the price of the parts and compare their prices!
