So I ordered all my PC parts on Saturday, does that mean it will arrive on Monday? Do they ship on weekends? Thanks!

they will most likely ship Monday and you have them Wednesday.

If they shipped them Saturday you get them Tuesday.

Usually only Monday thru Friday are considered shipping days and Saturday and Sunday are not counted..
