Question Newer MSI laptop keyboard doesn't work randomly

So this is off, i have a MSI GF63 thin with windows 10 home 64 bit. Randomly the 1-0 number keys and A thru Z will not work. All other keys work at that time just not those. I checked and made sure the driver is up to date and it is along with my windows. Any suggestions?

In conclusion just bring it to your retailer, because its still under warranty.
