I would reduce the amount for your case and SSD to try and put towards a better GPU

Switch out your RAM to DDR3 1600 mhz @ 1.5V

appreciate the feedback. Thanks oondun I was thinking of upgrading the PSU in light of future upgrades. I like the PSUs you linked. As far as RAM Im not sure about PNY. I think Ill go with corsair just to play it safe.

oondun any reason you want the GPU changed? The one you listed is a brand I am unfamiliar with and has limited reviews on newegg

Emelth I really like that case. Im the type of person who thinks way too much about which case to buy ha and that one I really do like. I chose the SSD because everywhere I've looked people say its worth the money. So Im gonna start off with the SSD and buy a 1TB HDD later. Any suggestions on the GPU? I really know very little about them

Last Revisions I promise ha. This MSI GPU is on the top of the charts on tomshardware. exchanged out the HDD for a larger one with a larger cache. Swapped out the mobo for the ASUS purely for aesthetics and I know I cant go wrong with ASUS. Keeping the case because even though that cooler master is a great case, I like the In Win and I want a window.

Alright also do you to SLI in the future? If not drop the PSU down and put it towards a better Monitor and if I were you I would get the CPU cooler even if you dont plan to OC right away you will be saving time, and less chance of damaging something while trying to install the CPU cooler down the road

I dont plan to SLI any time soon. I had the PSU as low as a 550 but I found a 750 for roughly the same price and its by Corsair so I figured Id just play it safe and prepare for any future upgrades. I do know 750 is overkill but for the price I couldnt resist. Its like getting a 2TB HDD for $100 or getting a 10TB HDD for $105. Do i need the extra 8TB? no but if its a quality brand obviously Im gonna get the extra 8TB for $5 haha

Also from what Ive seen, it seems theres not a lot of quality PSUs (>500W) that you can get for less than $65, which is how much that 750 costs. I just cant justify paying the same or more for less when the 750 is Corsair and has good reviews. Any advice on Drives though? I really want the SSD. I was contemplating going with just the SSD and getting a 1TB HDD later for a Bday or Christmas. Think its a good idea to do that and then put more toward my monitor? I really want a 23" and I think theres an ASUS for like $150

It was a good move going with the 750W PSU, considering its price -- it is also a good idea to go with a SSD, and a 23" monitor.

As you are thinking about to drop the HDD, if I understood correctly, then it is advised to get at least a good capacity SSD.
