Question newlt built pc completely freezes while gaming only

Hey guys, I am having a problem with my freshly built pc. Basically the temps are all good and all the drivers appear to all be installed. My problem is that at any given time while playing a game it will just freeze the pc entirely forcing me to press restart. It happens maybe anywhere from 15 minutes in to a hour. I saw I had some corrupt files so maybe that could be an issue? Is it worth just trying a fresh install of windows. Idk it’s really frustrating and I’m not very pc tech savy

Msi geoforce gaming trio x
Msi z390 pro carbon fiber
16 gigs ddr4 3200 gskill trident royal
Psu Corsair Rm 750x
500 gb Samsung 860 evo
2tb Seagate barracuda hdd

I don’t think it’s my temps I’ve stressed them and ran benchmarks
