Newly assembled pc won't start sometimes.

I have built myself a Ryzen 3 2200G budget gaming pc today. It works fine but sometimes it wont boot or even turn on. I have taken a video.

Specs:
Ryzen 3 2200G
Asrock A320M Pro4
Adata 2x4GB DDR4 2400Mhz Ram
Zebronics ZEB-450 Value Psu
Toshiba 500GB HDD

I would check to ensure that all of your connections are secure as far as power/cabling is concerned. That PSU also looks to be a bit shoddy. Consider replacing it in the future, if not now.

Agreed, regarding the PSU used. It is very likely the root of the problem.
