Hi, everyone! First time posting here.

I recently bought a Nitro AN515-44, and ever since then - about 3 weeks ago - it keeps rebooting by itself every now and then, from 1 to 3 times a day, and there have been days where it didn't even happen. There's a short, sudden freeze, the screen goes black and it goes to the Acer logo. Besides installing all the stuff I use, the only other thing I've done has been upgrading to Windows 10 Pro and changing the system language to English, since it came with Home Single Language Brazilian Portuguese pre-installed. If you guys could help me, I'd really appreciate it.

Here are my specs:

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Might I ask where you source the installer for your copy of Windows 10 to "upgrade" to the pro version? You seem to be on the right version, with the notable difference being from Home>Pro. Did you manually reinstall all your drivers meant for the laptop in an elevated command, after sourcing them from Acer's support page? By elevated command, I meant, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Thank you! :)

Of course! I upgraded it via an old key I had gotten from college. My university had a partnership of sorts with Microsoft, and that included keys for some of their products. The upgrade was done automatically by Windows once I entered the new key. As for the drivers, I didn't reinstall any drivers, because it wasn't a reformat or clean install. Windows just upgraded to Pro as if it was a regular update, so everything I already had installed stayed the same, including all my drivers and Acer software. As I see it, I don't think the upgrade has anything to do with it, though, since this had already been happening before I did the upgrade, which was roughly one week after I bought it.
