Newly Bought Casing

Hi I just want to ask what might be the problem with my USB Port since it is not working. My Case is newly bought and I just let the store to assemble my CPU but upon testing the USB port in front of my CPU Case its not working. Hope you can help me. Thanks!

If you put your own system in you do need to add the cable from the motherboard header to the panel with the connector. Mostly I don't think these can be put in backwards (due to keys), but it might be possible in some cases. If you plug a USB keyboard in, do any of the lights work? Does caps lock have any indictator? Is the cable/motherboard-header/USB-port combination all the same USB standard (e.g., USB2 or USB3 or USB3.1)?
