Hey! I recently built a computer and I am having some issues with it. Whenever I turn it on, some lights turn on but not all of them. (Some cosmetic lights on the motherboard do not turn on) And the computer restarts every so often (as in some lights shut off and the fans stop running then they turn back on again). In addition to this, whenever I plug in a monitor that I know works, the monitor turns on then says no signal. All of the plugs are plugged in tight so I don't know whats wrong with it. Oh and the LED light for DRAM is on solid red, so maybe it's a RAM issue. Additionally, one time when it restarted, more lights were on than before when it turned back on (cosmetic lights for the motherboard that is). Here are my specs:

Thanks for reading, any help would be appreciated.
I'm pretty sure that it is not an overheating issue as everything is cool and the computer was brand new when it was restarting
Oh and I have tried removing the GPU and plugging my monitor into my motherboard but the monitor still says no signal.

It looks like you have a bad RAM stick or RAM slot. Take a stick of ram out and try again. Then try the other stick, then try different slots. your DRAM light is on and based on what your saying its almost certainly a RAM issue.
