Please help, in need of advice and be educated on this kind things.

i recently bought a PC. 1 month ago. on the first couple of weeks its been crashing here and there. was trying to duplicate the problem to see if im running a program that causes the crashes. but i cant it, happens randomly.
here are some images of crashes:

one of the crashes it restarted my pc and it auto updated itself to windows 11. which when i bought the pc they disabled the autoupdate and installed windows 10. i dunno how did that happen but it did.
theres a couple of times more that same crashes happened and the last crash that happen i couldnt turn on the pc anymore. like its turn on but no image on the screen. so i decided to return the pc for them to repair.
they trying opening it its not showing images but its on. they try spraying something on the ram slot and putting it back and turning it on. not working. so they told me to leave it and they will look and fix the problem.
note. this is the 3rd week when i bought the pc from them. 2days after i went back. they said it was ready. ask me to try it out for an hr in there shop. but i said ill try it out at home then ill just let you guys know if theres a problem
cause there about to close anyway. i asked what did they do or whats the problem. they say it might be the drivers so they reinstalled the drivers and update the driver.
FIRST 3hrs of using it at home. BLUE SCREEN with an error message: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

PSU: Thermaltake 850W 80+ Bronze power supply
Thermaltake is the brand of the PSU while 850W is the advertised wattage of the unit and the 80+ signifies the advertised 80+ efficiency rating. Please state the model of the unit.

If the platform came with Windows 10 installed, I'd try and reinstall the OS after fabricating/creating a bootable USB installer using Windows Media Creation Tools then reinstall the OS. Please be sure to back up any and/or all critical content off the OS drive. Mind you, you should manually install all necessary drivers for your platform with the latest drivers sourced from hardware manufacturer's support site;
https://www.asus.com/motherboards-c...load/?model2Name=TUF-GAMING-Z690-PLUS-WIFI-D4
and
I'd also try and make sure that the BIOS is to the latest version for your motherboard.

In all honesty, if the system is brand new and you're partially clueless of what to do or how to do it, the people who built the system should be the one's handling the issue.

thank you for the reply @Lutfij
yes it is brand new, i am clueless on what's going on with my pc. and i also want to be educated on the matter. cause i dont want to be so clueless when they explain to me what they did to "repair" my pc. cause i went to them once were in i mention on my post that i returned it and got it repaired they told me its fix and its all in the drivers. then as soon as i got home blue screen and SAME crashes following days. feels like there saying something that it isnt the main source of the problem just because im clueless on the technical side.

aside from what you mentioned any other assessment that might be a problem that the pc is crashing and bluescreen?

TIA

Aside from making sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard, a (clean)reinstall of the OS, manually installing all essential drivers and then finally updating the OS after you're tethered to the internet, I'd say that the power source at the place where you purchased the system from is different but a grounding issue cannot bring about the problem you mentioned.

In fact the error you've mentioned can be that the OS is corrupt, the drivers were old and/or the drive you have might be failing. Which would also bring me to suggest checking to see if your storage drives(SSD) are(plural if you have more than one drive) pending any firmware updates. I know all of this is flying over your head.
