Question Newly build pc. Do i need to flash MOBO?

Yesterday i built my new PC. When i try to start it up, it boot loops twice and then it just keeps running but there is no signal to my monitor. All my fans are running and the MOBO rgb is lighting up. If i plug my monitor to the MOBO directly it just shows the Aorus splash loading screen and freezes there. I can't even get to BIOS menu. Is it because i have to flash my motherboard by myself, or do you think it could be something else?
And yes, i've tried using different ram slots.
Please help.

Breadboard the system and power up the system without the discrete GPU and one stick of ram. See if you can get to the BIOS. Also, inspect the CPU socket for bent/broken pins.

Sorry, what do you mean "power up the system without the discrete GPU". How do i do that?
