Newly build PC won't turn on.

I have pretty much build a new computer. First of all i'll tell you the specs.

PSU: Enermax 650w
GPU: GeForce GTX 660Ti
RAM: Corsair Sport 2x 4gb / 8gb total, 1666mhz
MOBO: MSI Z87-G43

Everything should be in the finest order.

24 pin connected, 4/8 pin connected in CPU slot. Processor and CPU cooler connected. CPUFAN connected.
I have tried pulling out the GPU, tried with 1 slot of ram. And nothing happens. Nothing at all actually, not any lights in the power button or anything.

But i know that there is power in the motherboard, because when the GPU is plugged in, there is 2 LED lights glowing in that. So i know the power is flowing fine through the system.

What could be the problem here? I've seen a lot of posts by other people that have built their own computer, and still with no luck. Tried guides and stuff. And it really bothers me, that it won't turn on. 80% of the computer is totally new.. Its sad.

Is your power switch (case) connected to the main board properly?

That is an i5-4460

That CPU and motherboard are not compatible without a BIOS update more than likely. This should not stop the system from powering on though. It should still power on, and just not give any display.
