Newly built comp, but doesnt turn on

I just finished installing everything, and I double checked that my cables are properly plugged in. My computer turns on for half a second, then turns off. All the fans spin, i took a video showing all the parts that is plugged in and what happens to the computer once i try to turn it on. How come this happens? And how can i fix this? Sorry for the Poor cable management.

Hi, Usually, this kind of issues is related to a short. Try testing the board outside the case. Make sure that all standoffs are in the right place (matching the board's screw holes).
