Newly built computer but wont display

I just built a new computer
Amd x4 845
r7 360
430 evga 80 +
8 gb ddr3 diim

Note; I dropped my cpu and bent a few pins but then aliened them back so now they drop in the socket smoothly with out any error i dont think its the cpu as it seems to be working what else could it be

also done a bios reset using jumpers

If monitor (not tv) connected to the graphics card (not motherboard) and no signal, then try connecting a case speaker http://images17.newegg.com/is/image/newegg/12-201-032-TS?$S640W$ to the motherboard and see if any signal when starting the board without RAMs.

i put the speacker in but still get no sound
iv tried without rams

Try removing all RAMs and starting the board. see if any beeps.
