Newly built computer, Cant install Windows 10 pro

I just built my very first computer, but I am having troubles trying to Install windows 10 pro. Would anyone happen to know what my problem is? My hard drive isn't showing up in my BIOS, nor is it showing up when windows asks for a driver. My motherboard is B250m-DS3H. Any help will do...I have no idea what I am doing :/

If you can't see the hard drive in the BIOS it's either not connected or is bad.
