Question Newly built computer goes black once I’m in desktop

Just recently I finished building my pc. Since my old build mother board and cpu got fried. Problem is once I get to log in to windows and start trying to download drivers. The screen flickers, goes to black and then the monitor will notify me I lost signal. At first I thought it was my old power supply giving up ( it was a Corsair CX 750m) so I bought a new power supply. That didn’t work, I thought it was my old hard drives failing so I bought a WD Blue M2 SSD that didn’t work either. And the only part left from my last build is the GPU.

I did reach other forums saying I should enable XMP and reseat the GPU and made sure everything is plugged. But no avail I still encounter this issue!

Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk

CPU: Ryzen 2600x

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB (16GB) 3200MHz

GPU: Saphire R9 390 Nitro 8GB

PSU: EVGA 750W

SSD: WD Blue M2 1TB
