Newly built computer won't boot

Solution
Have someone else look over the system to make sure you did not miss something. It may be your low end power supply also, CX is the lowest range model from Corsair and it looks like you picked the bare minimum for power use for your system which is never a good idea, you want about a 30% headroom. A 500+ watt power supply would be better, and of better quality, this one is $50 after rebate http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093&cm_re=SeaSonic_II-_-17-151-093-_-Product $50 for a power supply like that and being modular to boot is almost like getting a free power supply it's such a good deal.
