Question Newly built Intel I9 9900K pc wont turn on

I just purchased my first PC and after 4 long hours of what i thought was a careful build the PC doesnt seem to turn on. My motherboard flashes a green light at the back when i flick the switch on but nothing else even starts.

I am pretty sure everything is compatible but i will list everything in case i am wrong

CPU: Intel i9 - 9900k
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi
PSU: Corsair CX550
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1050Ti
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX - DIMM 288-pin
SSD: Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2

Could someone help me find what the issue would be.

Do you have a cooler installed?

Are any LEDs on the motherboard lighting up?

Things to check:

1. all power cables, 24pin mobo, 4/8pin cpu power
2. check ram is seated correctly

3)try shorting the power sw pins in the mobo incase its just your power switch.
