Newly built machine. Windows Icon stuck on installation. Please help

Hi

I recently built a new system, and i was going to install windows 10 on it. I downloaded it on a flash drive with 60 gb, but whenever i boot it from the USB it launches normally but only shows logo, and no sign of it even loading. Any solution?
