Question Newly built PC boots, but there is no video output

I just build a new PC today. The system boots up, but there is no video.

Specs:
Gpu: RTX 2070 ROG strix 8gb
CPU: i7 9700k
Motherboard: ASUS prime Z370-P
CPU Cooler: NZXT kraken x72
Ram: 2x Corsair vengeance LPX 8 gb 3000 MHz
PSU: Corsair TX850M
Case: Corsair obsidian 500D rgb se

Everything seems to be working fine. The 3 fans on the front are blowing and the rgb works.
The water cooling seems to be working. The GPU is on. Everything seems to be fine, but it just wont show anything on the monitor.

I've tried with 2 monitors now. One connected directly to the video card with DPI, and the other connected to the motherboard with VGA.

I've tried running one ram, i know they're in the right place and are in properly, same with the GPU

The SSD i have in, is a 1 TB one i've had for a yesr now. It' the one from my old PC which has all my files and windows installed.

At this point i'm lost. I have no idea what to do now.

is the motherboard have the latest bios to use 9th gen cpu?

Could definetely be the issue. I bought the motherboard months ago, so it might not have been updated.

How do i update it? Should i download an update unto an USB?

need a supported cpu(8th gen) to update the bios, take it to a shop or contact asus.
