Newly built PC continually restarts and won't output any video

I have a newly built PC that keeps resetting about every 10 seconds and won't display any output to the monitor. When I power on the lights turn on, and the fans work, but no lights on the USB keyboard, and no video output. I have tried swapping RAM slots, taking out the CMOS battery and putting it back, switching video card slots, trying onboard video with no video card inserted, and get the same results. Not sure what else to try at this point. Pretty sure all the connections are correct, I have the 8 pin CPU in, main mobo big connector, usb connector, sata, front panel buttons, HD audio, chassis fans all connected. Maybe some component is failing? Anyone know anything else I could try before I take it to a repair place?

I went through the list, still getting the same issue. Probably some kind of hardware failure going on... Thanks for the suggestions.
