Question Newly built PC, Doesnt boot into windows anymore, doesnt even boot from Win11-USB

I built a new PC:
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Gigabyte X670E AORUS MASTER (rev. 1.0) EATX AM5
Corsair Vengeance 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
Asus TUF GAMING OC Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24 GB

Preflashed the newest BIOS before turning it on. At first everything worked, installed Win 11 and some programs. Reboots worked fine. The next day, PC wont boot, not even into BIOS, only CMOS-reset helped. LED Debug code shows 4d , but the code isnt listed in the manual . Oh and Memory LED is on. After a cmos reset though, it would boot as normal into windows. After a shut down though, only a cmos reset would make it boot... so I tried downgrading the BIOS, and now it wont even boot even after cmos reset. Flashed the newest BIOS again, same problem:
Wont boot into Windows
Wont even boot off the Win11 installation USB

Today I replaced the RAM with Kingston ones (which are stated as compatible from Gigabyte), but the problem persists 🙁

Anyone have an idea?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You forgot to mention the make and model of you PSU. If it's being recycled from an older build, please mention it's age.

You might want to clear the CMOS after you've verified that the BIOS was successfully flashed to the latest version. Disconnect from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery, press and hold down power button for 30secs, replace the battery after 30mins.

Which two slots are the rams populating on the motherboard? Which did you flash(downgrade/upgrade) to, btw?

Hey ,

thanks for your replies!

my PSU:
Corsair RM850x (2021) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

the 2 rams slots being used are the recommended A2 and B2

Is there a difference between clearing the CMOS (I have been doing it via screwdriver touching the 2 clr_cmos pins) and removing the battery? Removing the battery is so hard, because it has a cover and I need to remove the gfx card to reach it...

Reduced it to 1x Ram stick. Booted into Windows 👍
Did a reboot, no problem...

Shut it down, turned it on after 5 mins, bootloop 👎 Cant get back into Windows🙁 What is this?!

I bought new RAM, still the same Issue: First boot without problems, after that, Bootloop...
Bought new Motherboard, same problem...

Bought new CPU, same problem!! What is the issue?
