Newly built PC, insides start humming, but no image.

Put every thing together, booted it without the graphics card, still open case. Connected by HDMI to https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BCGRX9M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The LED on the case lights, there is no beep.

Are you using a tv, or monitor?
If monitor, try leaving single RAM module installed and testing. Test each RAM slot.

Then I suggest borrowing a monitor, installing Windows, the graphics driver, and then you can use the tv.

Wouldn't the motherboard atleat boot and a make a beeping sound? Even without being hooked to a monitor that it can display on?

No, there is no case speaker installed
